It's the BMW Blue Dynamics Land Yacht:
The concept has a rigid sail
to harness the energy of the wind, and the driver
can adjust the sail from the cockpit. Entry to the
cockpit is through the concept's elevating windscreen.
This is an outcold concept but imo BMW is still stealing
it's aerodynamic contour from the MERCEDES concept

The GYM Concept Car is a project by Da Feng,
a design student graduating from Coventry University in 2009.
You cannot tell me that this kid doesn't already have a 6 figure job.
The GYM Concept Car, is exactly what it's designed exactly how it's intitled,
with a tech kinda BALLY'S right inside UR WHIP.
. ok..so it would enable you 2 get out of the meatmarket,
turned almost strip club without the martini's kinda health club scene , and find the owners own personal MECCA,
you know that place where it's peaceful enuff 2 medatate private.
In the same ,
time it takes 2 hit the GYM.
GYM Concept Car only goes where you take it, now, this is a realist's
definition of killing 2 birdz with 1 stone....CRAZY!!

I've got thing 4 boats..perhaps it my water zodiac sign, perhaps most of the MEN that I've spenat a great deal of tyme with in the past 8 years have had boats and spoiled me with many daytime a moonlit moments on them..it could just be I truly enjoyed my womb life, whatever the case is..THIS pretty sea creature, takes the case. This past summer I noticed how most of the boat parties I attended never left their harbor homes, and now more than ever with the global economy the way it is,

Lateral retractable side panels
close this area when heavier wave action is indicated.
The interior features of Oculus
focus on a 12 foot high ceiling in the main salon,
a cylindrical double height dining room,
central stair and elevator tube,
and seemingly anatomical ceiling and floor
lighting extensions giving definition to the seating areas.
The second level is the dedicated Owner's suite
Living areas and bedchambers are divided by a series of four freestanding tubes,
which house bath and storage necessities

Superior is made from tungsten carbide with either a polished finish or a polished titanium carbide coating over the tungsten carbide, that is why it’s called “The Superior”.
If you just need the piece of anything that can make everything different, the "SUPERIOR " may be the 1 that let's 'em know what time it really is. This is conceptual hook up, as always..if it seems 2 good 2 be true- it is.The watch is sweet though, it tells time by decoding the 2 rows of flush cut diamonds

The top row is 4 the hour and the bottom row is 4 the minutes. You multiply the unlit diamond that comes before the unlit ones by 2 and then you add that number 2 the lit ones
This watch may be a bit much for the impatient, but the bomb 2 the actual thinker, artist, trendsetter or geek.

Jesse Jackson and the late Detroit Mayor, Coleman Young are all smiles in this photo, taken at the Book-Cadillac Hotel the night Young was first elected Detroit’s mayor in 1973. But inside, the mayor-elect was seething. He had wanted Jackson, then a youthful 32, to come to Detroit to lead a voter-registration drive. But the younger man demanded $50,000, to which an indignant Coleman spat, “I didn’t have $50,000 for Jesse Jackson.” Later, when Jackson ran for the Democratic presidential nomination in 1988, Young got even by endorsing a rival, and at one point proclaimed, “Jesse never ran nothing but his mouth.” In a classic understatement, Mayor Young noted in his autobiography that, “It was well known that Jesse and I were not bosom buddies.”
