No BROTHA, ..Thank You! I waited, intentionally waited 4 24hrs before I even, touched a keyboard 2 speak on some sorta review that could critique Melo's work.. I needed 2 really test pheel it. You know come home, POUR A GLASS OF WINE, light the bathroom candles, and take a long dip in the jaccuzi, and see if it gave any type of correct prescription 4 resting the dayz demons...This morning I needed 2 call MY PEEPS in the SLUMS of the "D" to see if they had tuned in, but I changed my mind, I wanted see how it played inthe ride 2 work..see if it would calm the spirit. My conclusion had been formed 2 blocks before I arrived home an hour ago. See music is like the sound playing backdrop 2 1's LIFE. If you can't remember wher you where and what you were doing the 1st time a song moved you, its simply because it didn't move you @ all. Mustafa's RENAISSANCE is a masterpiece,(LISTEN 2 ME) another part of HIP-HOP that was simply just needed, it's like having the perfect sentences 2 a paragraph, with clear definition and great meaning.. but without the muthaphuk'kuz parts that run on on on more than Erykah Badu's says it, in her 1stsong. This plays like true music..not HIP-HOP, NOT R&B, Not Altenative(whatever that iz)but its music, the kind that @ the end of the CD the ARTIST slash creator lookx @ you and says nothing but 1 word..((( Period!! ))).. ...and then smiles devilishly, like he knows that it hurts, but it hurts GOOD.. ..and he gave it 2 you, even tho' you didn't really want it and made you like it! NICE and NASTY...thats all the ear drums want, is 2 just be mentally molested, and surprisingly pleased...
