This video is a little old but I've been trying 2 think of
THE BEAUTIFUL things I've seen in the past couple years ...
and all of a sudden this just poped up from knowhere.
Summer 2007 My mom and brother and self..went 2 New Millenium Park,
downtown Chicago and there was this kid all of 17 holding a sign
that read "FREE HUGS"..I was immediately touched.
He was skinny with long brown hair, khaki shorts
a tie dyed T-shirt AND FLIP FLOPS..NICE.
The FREE HUGS EPIDEMIC WAS SWEEPING AMERICA..
from Florida 2 N.Y, Arizona 2 Oklahoma..even the
police were holding up the "peace signs" and participating
I think my older brother was the 1st 2 go up and hug him, next my Mom, then myself..I couldn't help but tell him how moved I was that some1 so young chose 2 spend a 80degree day of there summer break doing this...(THAT KID ALREADY HAS WINGS)
"The next week I saw on the news..that they had banned this random act of kindness in CHICAGO..
CHICAGO is now in 2008 THE MURDER CAPITAL OF THE WORLD"
"SO MANY OF US COULD USE 1 OF THESE FREE HUGS RIGHT NOW.
....This is what "CHANGE" is all about...HERES A HUG 4 U!"
